John is German/Irish and has never really been able to color between the lines. He started putting Tobasco on his vanilla ice cream several years ago. This led to him experimenting with adding habanero peppers to his homemade ice cream which he has been making for several years.

After bringing his ice cream to his men’s retreat in Fontana, he was encouraged to have it professionally made for sale which has brought this mildly spicy and sweet ice cream to the public for purchase. They’ve started out in smaller markets but within the next 4-6 months will have their own production facility making many more flavors and sizes which is located in Riverside.

They strive never to allow any corn products or sweeteners, gluten or processed fruits, artificial flavors or ingredients, di-glycerides or chemicals making every effort to keep their ice creams dairy and plant based.
