Sacramento Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Export Center is a federal funded organization which helps minority-owned firms to grow in domestic and international markets by finding export opportunities and offering technical assistance services, such as consulting, business match-making, market research, inbound/outbound trade missions, and training events.

MBDA is the only agency funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce working to support the growth of minority-owned firms in the U.S. and beyond.

The Sacramento MBDA Export Center is operated by the California Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce, representing and empowering over 600,000 Asian Pacific Islander owned businesses in California.
